It is a water cleaning system that utilises natural resources to purify water for consumption. This is the Leaning Tower of Piza which is located in Piza, Italy. Construction of this architectural started in 1173 and finished in 1372. It leans because the foundation it was built on was soft. I'm surprised it hasn't fallen yet.
